We will do everything we can to correct the problem at no charge to you. If you are unhappy the day of the service, let us know right away and we will correct it on the spot at no additional charge. Wear your color for a week and if it does not live up to your expectations of quality or longevity or if you are dissatisfied for any reason simply let us know and we will schedule an appointment for you to make the necessary adjustments to your satisfaction within two weeks.
